PHILOSOPHY & EXPERIENCE

Hi, I’m Andrea. I’m a strategic advisor, executive coach, and facilitator who helps leaders and teams move through growth, change, and complexity with more clarity, intention, and connection. I love creating experiences and conversations that open people up — to new possibilities, deeper truths, and their own capacity to evolve and lead with heart.

Over the last decade, I’ve partnered with executives and teams across industries like tech, healthcare, beauty, nonprofit, and retail — from Fortune 100 companies to high-growth startups. Whether I’m coaching a founder, designing a high-impact offsite, or helping a company get its culture right from the inside out, my work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a belief that meaningful change is always possible. Clients often leave with clearer focus, stronger teams, and leadership that feels more aligned — to both their values and their vision.

I hold a master’s in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and studied Sociology and Psychology at Hamilton College. I’m a certified coach through New Ventures West, trained in CliftonStrengths and Grief-Informed Coaching, and I’m endlessly curious about what it means to be fully human in our work and leadership. My practice draws from systems thinking, somatic practices, Buddhist meditation, the Enneagram, and the work of Byron Katie — always bridging the practical and the profound.

This work is personal to me — I do it because I know the power of having the right support during pivotal moments. I bring a mix of structure and softness, strategy and soul. I’m not afraid to challenge you and your team, but always with care.

Nature is where I come back to myself. I live just north of San Francisco and spend much of my time hiking the headlands with my golden retriever or cycling along the coast, soaking in the wisdom that movement and wild spaces offer.
